What Parents, Teachers and Children are Saying about My Inner Magic
TESTIMONIALS FROM CHILDREN
I Improved My Concentration
The most valuable tool for me on this first CD is the Bagha. It’s helping me to concentrate or relax whenever I need to. I had a handball match a few weeks ago. I hurt my arm and wasn’t able to concentrate on the match anymore. So I used the Bagha and a Powerword “Painless”. A few seconds later I was able to concentrate on the match again because I simply forgot the pain. It was like the match took me away from it.
Another important advice was the competition with myself. I had the problem that I was the youngest and the smallest player in the team. So I was frustrated after every training or match with this team. After I listened to your CD I changed my attitude towards my situation. I accepted that the older players were too good for me to compare with them yet. I stopped to think about that. I only compared with myself. So I improved a lot and now, just a couple of weeks later I’m able to compare with most of my team.

TESTIMONIALS FROM PARENTS
I gained a greater understanding
I was listening to the section on Anger — Bully and Bunny, when my 13 year old grandson came in. Despite his young years, his ears went up, and he listened intently. I know it helped him understand how to deal with school bullies.
I have a greater understanding of other people, along with myself, regarding what motivates us all. And I am encouraged again and again to remember: I can do! Another section I like “best” is Sparkling up the Kitchen, a very useful technique I can apply in many ways.
~ Bellamia J. from USA
My Grandson Loves It
I am retired but have my grandson living with me. Your program has been a blessing. I read all of the lessons I get from you, and along with that, share them with my grandson and use them as valuable lessons to be learned about life. He enjoys reading them, and they have helped him in school as well as life. He has begun to be much more rational in his thought processes.

TESTIMONIALS FROM TEACHERS
Kids love it!
I have used Burt Goldman’s CD’s in my 6th grade language arts classroom on a few occasions. I use them because at this age (11-12) my students have many personal and social issues that they often can’t work out themselves. The CD’s help them find alternative solutions to their problems than the unsuccessful solutions they have tried. The CD’s give them an understanding of “why” they and others act the way they do, and then give them strategies and exercises they can use to deal with these problems in constructive ways. I will give you two examples of this.
Many students have trouble taking tests because they worry too much about the outcome. Because they are so nervous, they often get lower grades than they are capable of. Through the CD’s, they have learned to picture themselves receiving high marks on their tests (the Bagha). When they are sitting, ready to take their test, they relax and calm down by using relaxation techniques (Ohm and breathing in and out slowly). Because they are able to calm down and focus on doing well, they do much better.
Another example of successful use of the CD’s is when I asked each student in my class to think of a problem they were having in their life (after listening to CD #5). They pictured their problem and then put the problem in a blue balloon and let the problem go up in the sky while doing a relaxation exercise. Many felt their problem lift right off their shoulders and disappear. They knew the problem still existed, but they just didn’t care enough to let it bother them. The others who weren’t as successful as the others in “letting go” of their problems, stated that at least they were more relaxed in how they felt about the problem.
At this age, children are often reluctant to go to an adult to solve their insecurities and problems. Their friends have similar problems and aren’t able to help because they don’t have the maturity or life’s experience. These CD’s allow the kids to listen, relate, and find solutions and strategies for doing better in life. Parents can use the CD’s, also, as a springboard for discussing issues that are important to their pre-teens and teens.
